What's in the plan, and what isn't.

Unless a plan specifically states otherwise, the following are third-party costs and are charged separately: transport and fuel, taxis and drivers, meals and refreshments, event and cinema tickets, shopping and purchases made on your parents' behalf, medication and pharmacy costs, doctors, clinics and other professional healthcare services, home repairs, parts and tradespeople, and any similar outside expense.

Any figure shown in the plan builder, in an add-on card, or in conversation before service begins is an estimate. Actual third-party costs depend on what's actually chosen and what things actually cost on the day.

Costs are confirmed with you before service begins, and anything unusual is confirmed with you before it's spent.

Companions don't hold family cash informally. Purchases and outside costs are arranged and accounted for through Gedara, with a record of what was spent. [Reimbursement and settlement process to be confirmed.]
