Cancellation

Changing or cancelling a visit.

Draft

Draft for legal review — not final legal advice.

Plans change, people get tired, family turns up unannounced. Moving a visit should be easy.

How to request a change

Contact Gedara directly — message your family coordinator, or write to hello@gedara.online. Tell us which visit and what you'd prefer instead, and we'll confirm back to you.

Your parents can ask us directly too. If they do, we'll let you know.

Notice periods

[Cancellation and rescheduling windows to be confirmed.] We're not going to publish a specific notice period until it's one we can genuinely hold to. In the meantime, tell us as early as you can and we'll do our best.

Missed visits

A missed visit is one where the companion attends as arranged but the visit can't go ahead, or where a scheduled visit doesn't take place.

[Missed-visit refund or credit policy to be confirmed.] Where a visit is missed for a reason on Gedara's side, we'll make it right with you directly while this is being finalised.

Ending your plan

You can stop at any time by telling us. [Notice period and final-month terms to be confirmed.] We'll confirm what's outstanding in writing rather than leaving you to guess.
