What we hold, and why.

From the enquiry form: your name, the country you live in, your WhatsApp number, your email address, details about your parent or parents (name, location, relationship to you), what kind of help you're looking for, and any additional notes you choose to add.

From the plan builder: the selections you make — visit frequency, number of support services, areas of support, and the estimated price shown to you.

We don't ask for more than we need to have a useful conversation with you.

To reply to your enquiry, to understand whether Gedara can support your family where your parents live, and — if you go ahead — to provide the service and keep you informed about it.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.

Sometimes families voluntarily share details about a parent's health, mobility or medication when explaining what help is needed. We treat this as sensitive: it is recorded only where it helps us support your family, shared only with the people who need it to do their work, and never used for any other purpose.

Gedara is not a medical service and does not keep clinical records. See our Medical and Service Boundaries page.

Family updates are shared only with the family members nominated by the customer. If you'd like someone added or removed, tell us and we'll change it.

Your parents can also ask that specific information not be included in an update. See our Photo and Family Update Consent page.

We keep enquiry information for as long as it's useful to the conversation or the service, and service records for as long as your family is with us. [Specific retention periods to be confirmed.]

Write to hello@gedara.online and ask. We'll correct anything that's wrong, and delete what we're able to delete, and tell you plainly if anything must be kept.
